SMS Fraud Warning

DHL company has become aware of the unauthorized use of our brand for fraudulent purposes. Users receive an SMS with a recommendation to download the application with the extension '.apk'. If you come across this fraudulent scheme, please let us know. Send us a screenshot with a suspicious SMS to the address p.customs@dhl.com and specify the phone number which the message came from. Then delete the SMS and do not follow the link to download the application, no matter what the circumstances. Beware of fake and fraudulent SMS messages.

It is important to remember that official emails from DHL Express are sent only from the company email address - @dhl.com or from the DHL Express ID SMS notification is sent to your phone number and do not contain attachments or recommendations for their installation.
