In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 29 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Customs Regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan", all goods are subject to customs control. In particular, paragraph 3 of Article 176 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Customs Regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan" establishes that a Passenger Customs Declaration (PCD) shall be used for the customs declaration of goods for personal use.
DHL INTERNATIONAL KAZAKHSTAN LLP (DHL Express) expresses its respect and thanks you for using the services of our company. DHL Express can offer you the services of a Customs agent for a fee. If you wish to use our services you will need to fill out and sign an electronic Contract Form, provide a copy of your identity card (both sides in good quality) and pay the DHL Express Customs Agent's fee of 4,000 tenge per consignment note.

Information for customs clearance of cargo by an individual, worth up to 200 euros
If you have received a cargo through DHL Express, and the goods in this cargo are for personal use and do not exceed amount of €200 and 31 kg in weight, then you need to clear the goods without paying customs duties*. You can use DHL Express services (our experts will prepare and complete the paperwork, submit it to the customs office, get a 'release' and then deliver the cargo), or you can arrange to have your goods cleared independently or you can contact other customs agents.

To do this, you need to conclude a contract, provide an identity card (in good quality on both sides) and pay for our services in the amount of 4000 tenge according to the tariff for each invoice.

Attention to non-residents of Kazakhstan: along with the identity document, you should also provide a document confirming the legitimacy of your stay on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan (migration card, visa, registration at the place of stay or other document which is determined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
Please note that when entering the cargo number, you will be offered options for the necessary documents and actions to provide. If you have not accepted the terms of the Contract for 2023, you will be offered to fill out an electronic form of the agreement. If you have previously provided your documents, you will only need to pay for our services in the amount of 4000 tenge.

Please be advised that that customs clearance is not included in the service of transportation and delivery of goods, and is also the responsibility of the recipient.
Cargo delivery is carried out during the working day (from 9:00 to 18:00 hours) from Monday to Friday at the address indicated in the air consignment note. The change of the delivery address is made on a paid basis.

If you want to transfer the documents to other customs agents, it is enough for you to request shipping documents from DHL agents by e-mail. The fee for the preparation of documents and storage of cargoes that are issued according to the passenger customs declaration is not charged.

Refund of funds.
If it is necessary to return an erroneous payment of funds (in cash to the cashier, by cashless payment to the account, when paying on the website), or to return an unused advance, fill out an application for a refund using the specified form.
