Since January 1, 2020, the decision of the EEC Council (Eurasian economic Commission) No. 107 establishes the following cost and weight norms, goods for personal use transported by the carrier are imported into the customs territory of the Eurasian economic Union without paying customs duties and taxes: the cost is up to 200 euros, the weight is up to 31 kg. We also note that the classification of goods as goods for personal use is assigned to the customs authorities, which proceed from the statement of an individual about the goods being moved, the nature and quantity of goods, the frequency of movement of goods and annex No. 6 of the decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission No. 107 of December 20, 2017 "certain issues related to goods for personal use", which establishes categories of goods not related to goods for personal use.

This requirement also applies to goods that arrived at the transit declaration to the final destination.
